Senior Product Manager Storage

Overview
The Senior Product Manager Storage is responsible for strategic market analysis, competitive research, and defining a product roadmap that will drive aggressive product revenue growth. You will define and execute on a product business plan and work with product marketing on GTM activities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record understanding dynamic markets, making plans that generate results, and working with the leadership team to align execution to market opportunity. SolarWinds emphasizes strong growth and profitability; therefore, the ideal candidate must be proficient in making trade off decisions that maximize growth and return on investment. This leadership position requires a blend of technical and marketing knowledge, business acumen, and people skills.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT/MARKETING PHILOSOPHY
You are truly the General Manager for your product. This means it's up to you to define a successful business strategy and product roadmap, to work with Engineering and others to execute on that strategy. You are also responsible for evangelizing your products, defining roadmaps, working with the Product Owner on breaking down user stories, delivering webinars, conducting analyst briefings, and enabling sales.
Responsibilities
You will be working with a tightly coupled cross-functional team of highly talented and experienced professionals. There is a high focus on execution and organization, but we don't let formal process get in the way of opportunity or experimentation.
Develop and execute a differentiated product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SolarWinds Storage Resource Monitor (SRM) and a Backup & Recovery product
Deliver delightful user experiences and solutions
Operationalize the delivery of the vision through projects, roadmaps, feature definition, releases, and go-to-market plans, with an emphasis on compressed timelines and rapid time to market.
Build a sustainable business with discernable and incremental results, by continuously focusing on growth, adoption and market share.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to build and execute business plans for maximizing revenue growth
Be a product evangelist with customers, prospects, analysts, partners, and employees
Qualifications
7+ years software product management experience in Storage or adjacent industries with some background in SaaS models and subscription businesses (for Backup & Recovery).
Experience designing, developing, deploying or managing storage applications for SAN and NAS arrays such as those made by EMC, NetApp and IBM Storage.
Knowledge of storage switching, fabric pathing and relevant networking standards such as 40GB ethernet, fiber channel, NVMe, etc.
Experience with open-source technologies for monitoring or collection of system performance such as nagios, zenoss, zabbix, collectd, etc.
Experience driving great user experiences that solve critical customer problems
Deep knowledge of SSD/Hybrid/HDD media and storage component supply chain such as RAID cards, enclosures, etc. a big bonus
Strong understanding of emerging storage trends and markets including Hyper-converged, Software Defined Storage, Object Storage, Big Data, etc.
Proven skills as a strategist and innovator of solutions that have led to market leadership and customer success.
Solid communicator across a span of technical and business stakeholders.
Track record influencing across an organization to gain buy-in and execute.
Track record balancing the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with tactical execution.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
