Senior Network Administrator

We are looking to add a senior level member to the Vestmark Information Systems team.?As a Senior Network Administrator, you will ensure that Vestmark delivers and continues to deliver a high performance and reliable service. You will be the primary problem solver and designer for the corporate network. You will work on routine system performance analysis, recurring system maintenance, network troubleshooting, and more.?We are looking for someone that understands the critical nature of that business, and with a high level of attention to detail to help keep our network running smoothly while constantly improving. The team is made up of level headed, well organized, and smart individuals that enjoy working together, and enjoy the constant flow of new challenges.Responsibilities: Overall health of LAN/WAN at corporate headquarters and production data centersDocument and implement enhancements to the Vestmark LAN/WANIdentify, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues on the LAN/WANWork closely with Managed Services Team to help resolve issuesSupport and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows ServersWilling to work off-hours/weekends as and when requiredKnowledge of production data centers preferredRequired Experience and Skills:7+ years? experienceIndustry experience preferredFamiliarity with network technologies including VLAN, WAN, QOS,?OSPF, IDS SystemsSolarwinds, NetBeez technologiesCisco routers, Catalyst switches, ASA FirewallsFamiliarity with Windows Server 2008R2+, VmWare ESXi 6.0Familiarity with AWSEducation:Preferred BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringCCENT or CCNA certifications a plusKey attributes:Demonstrated capacity to grasp technological concepts rapidlyHighly motivated and self-sufficientExcellent problem solving skillsSecurity awareness in a sensitive enterprise environmentDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects while being an individual contributor to the projects. - provided by Dice

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
