About the Opportunity
The payments world is rapidly growing and changing, presenting great opportunity and challenges for our clients. We need a talented and passionate customer advocate to join the client service team and provide world class service and support to our banks, credit unions and business customers.
The Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in the company's success by managing day to day operational support for our institutional customers, providing best practice guidance and building long term trusted relationships.
The Client Services team works closely with all other groups across the company and our 3rd party partners, to deliver excellent response, service and issue resolution to our clients. You'll be working with a visible and accessible management team, and have the opportunity to make a real difference.
The ideal candidate has strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple client demands and priorities. Candidate should be self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and changing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be the one who:
Provides a central trusted point of contact for our clients to get guidance, and quickly and efficiently resolve issues and requests
Provides support, research and issue resolution for assigned institutional clients.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert in providing demonstrations, training and guidance for products, services and new technology
Responsible for managing and tracking issues with assigned clients
Provides updates of industry trends, regulations and events in both written and oral communication formats
Works closely with the Project Management, Product Management, IT, Finance and Operation teams to assist with new programs, system implementations and product launches.
College degree required
3-5+ years previous experience in client service/relationship management role working with institutional/business customers
Financial services experience preferred
Excellent verbal and communication skills, particularly with documenting status, next steps and follow up
Ability to multi-task and prioritize items appropriately according to severity
Excellent time management skills and analytical skills; and comfort with technology -Must are able to work in a fast paced environment with demanding clients.
Ability to define problems, collect data, draw conclusions and interpret technical instructions
Ability to work in a team environment and experience with coordinating with 3rd party partners/vendors to resolve client issues
Adaptability, flexibility, even-temperament, and ability to work in fast paced, demanding and ever changing environment
Ability and desire to constantly assimilate new information and technology/market trends
Ability to travel 2-4 times per year
Knowledge and experience in the payments/credit card and financial services industry very helpful

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
