DAVID Corporation is looking for a seasoned, energetic, professional Executive Assistant who will provide support to the CEO, excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Answer phones in a professional and efficient manner and route calls to the correct department. You will have strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills. As well as excellent judgment and attention to detail as well as have the ability to work independently, meet internal and external deadlines and produce a consistently high-quality product with the ability to maintain a superior degree of confidentiality. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and the departments, adhere to all protocols in line with organizational goals, strategy and values. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate within the department ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Receive calls and greet visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
Manage calendars, schedules and coordinates appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Prepare weekly expense reports and monthly reimbursements according with company policy
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier service, and deliveries
Responsible for maintaining accurate files and records
Provide general administrative and clerical support as requested
Prepare correspondence and documents
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supply inventory
Process Data entry as needed
Manage lead generation data ensuring all communication is logged and information is accurate.
Consolidate and compiles sales data for monthly reporting
Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
Conduct or participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Assist with facilitating and maintaining numerous project plans, coordinating with others in the company as necessary

Knowledge of administrative procedures, software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), filing and records management systems, forms design principles, and other business procedures and terminology. Proficiency with Microsoft products with expertise in PowerPoint.
Ability to make a decision or solve a problem by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose appropriate solutions.
Use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness.
Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand information and ideas as presented verbally; communicate information and ideas clearly.
Ability to maintain confidential information; and deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Attention to detail a must
Strong typing skills 40+ WPM
Must portray a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years' experience and demonstrated superior performance in similar roles and similar environments (fast-paced, highly professional)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
