The company is affiliated with over 20 healthcare groups which have approximately 300 practices in 21 states. The offer back office support (HR, Finance, Technology) to their affiliates so they can focus on what matters most - the patient.
Director of Marketing
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition & retention at each practice. Your strategy will be multi-channel and include traditional, digital and social platforms. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to measure the impact of each campaign and use the insights gained to improve performance moving forward. What works in one market may not work in another.
In this role, you'll be managing two direct reports, as well as outside creative agencies. The right person for this role with have 7
years of consumer marketing experience; healthcare, retail/franchise or professional services experience ideal. You'll also have an integrated mindset, understanding the integration of customer acquisition/retention, brand experience, social media, PR and reputation management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
