Language Solutions Field Marketing Director - North America
SDL's Language division is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Director to lead its demand generation efforts across North America. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, this position will play a pivotal role in helping SDL to achieve its regional marketing and revenue goals.
The Field Marketing Director will lead a small team of marketers in developing and executing a regional marketing strategy that spans the entire marketing mix with an emphasis on using digital channels to generate awareness and direct responses. To be successful in this role you will need to be a creative thinker with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to a global team. You will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of implementing campaigns that drove an increase in sales revenue and sustained long-term brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Liaise and partner with senior management teams to put in place a marketing strategy that supports local sales approach and returns measurable results
Develop field marketing plan with a strong emphasis on online, digital and in-person marketing activity that supports lead flow throughout the entire sales funnel
Implement a new approach to marketing that maximizes net new lead generation
Lead regional marketing team in execution of marketing plan including email, social, web, thought leadership, events, follow up and nurture activities
Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing activity with a strong emphasis on ROI
Manage Field Marketing team of 3 people. Including setting and measuring objectives for individual team members and holding responsibility for their professional development.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure a joint up sales/marketing approach and complete visibility of customer journey
Be a proactive member of the Global Marketing organization and represent the needs of the North American market in overall strategic decision making and planning
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and market influencers
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in marketing B2B solutions - ideally within the translation and localization space
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that positively impact bottom-line
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience working within a matrix organization
Experience with an outbound marketing automation system such as ExactTarget, Eloqua or Marketo and CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.com
Degree level education
Willing to Travel-30%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
