We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who has prior success recruiting IT professionals in a corporate or agency environment. We are looking for an experienced professional who excels at building new relationships, finding and closing new candidates, networking and interacting with professionals utilizing social networking media and tools with excellent listening and communication skills. You should be a self-starter, tenacious, hard worker, goal-oriented, highly motivated high achiever, internally driven to succeed, outgoing, and energized by constantly meeting new people and helping them improve their lives. You should work well independently as well as being a part of a team and enjoy the challenge of turning opportunities into achievements. You must be able to multi-task, have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on top priority tasks, give attention to details, while being flexible to accommodate shifting priorities. You must be adept at navigating the web and have a keen interest in social media.
College degree and/or equivalent military experience required.
We offer a base salary plus commission that will result in an opportunity to earn $100K
in year 1 and $150K+
at quota in year 2. In addition, we offer a great benefits package including BCBS health, LTD, and Life. We are looking for people who can maintain a high activity level and will appreciate our 4 day workweek.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
