Product Marketing Director - Aerospace and Defense
SDL is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to drive its Aerospace and Defense solutions to the next level. The Product Marketing Director is an individual contributor who serves as a key member of the product marketing organization, driving the messaging and positioning, solution campaigns, sales and channel partner enablement, and go-to-markets for our industry-leading SDL Aerospace and Defense solution set.
Responsibilities
Develop product launch, solution campaign plans, and content with input from cross-functional team members.
Define and manage promotional programs (considering markets, industries, target audiences, and campaigns), including up-sell, cross-sell, seed, etc...
Define metrics and manage reporting for all campaigns, monitor progress, adjust approaches as needed, and report to management to influence investment decisions.
Create high-quality, compelling internal and external content for messaging and collateral to drive sales and channel partner enablement (white papers, competitive analyses, and case studies positioning and evangelizing our unique value and selling propositions).
Coordinate with Field Marketing, Product Management and Sales team members, as well as external agencies when needed, on areas including direct/email marketing, in-person and virtual events, promotions, SEO, mobile, creative and graphical production, call scripts, campaigns, and more.
30% Travel is required.
Qualifications
5 years + experience with marketing enterprise software with proven experience in building new markets with emerging technologies in the Aerospace and Defense space.
Is a strong player with the capacity to promote a vision, make it viable, and compel colleagues and customers to join in that journey.
Candidates must possess strong Aerospace and Defense industry knowledge and experience and provide proof of their successes working within this community.
Experience desired around creation structured content for Aerospace and Defense solutions targeting procurement and technology users.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and master dynamic and complex information.
An agent of change who adapts quickly to a growth stage organization and is comfortable with changing market requirements, technologies, and business models.
The ability to think in terms of solutions, go-to-markets and integrated positioning, packaging, and pricing for new and emerging markets.
Demonstrates excellent presentation and communications skills.
Has developed a solid reputation as someone who follows through on commitments.
Demonstrated ability to excel and thrive in a fast paced, diverse environment.
Is highly motivated, energetic, self-starter who works effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
