Our client company, voted One of the Best Places to Work in Boston, is located north of town and is looking for an onsite,freelance, Online Marketing Specialist who can develop and manage the online presence and social media strategies for a portfolio of clients. This opportunity will continue through May, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
In this role, you will create and execute strategic online marketing plans, including developing content and graphics, coordinating social media presence and online advertising. To qualify, you should have outstanding experience managing content and production for high-traffic websites, advanced knowledge of web 2.0 technologies, and comfort with social media technologies and marketing automation software (HubSpot a plus). If you consider yourself the Swiss Army Knife of digital marketing with experience spanning content, social, analytics, a little graphic design, HTML and CSS - this is a great role for you.
What your day will look like:
Collaborate with the client teams and develop content marketing strategies, campaign calendars and social media strategies
Maintain website content, develop new pages, and ensure overall quality and consistency by utilizing the latest web technologies.
Manage social media presence for clients in coordination with client teams and track analytics to inform ongoing improvements.
Manage online advertising campaign performance and measurement
Maintain and develop relationships with 3rd party vendors, including developers, designers, writers, and copy editors.
Keep current with emerging web technologies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
