SDL is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in our Wakefield Office to support US recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting at a variety of levels in all corporate departments. This person must be experienced both directly sourcing candidates as well as processing applicants through the interview process.
Responsibilities
Management of full-cycle recruiting for all permanent SDL roles throughout the United States
Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
Develop candidate pipelines for open roles in various departments and regions through various channels, including job boards, networking sites, social media etc.
Utilization of applicant tracking system to create requisitions and process approvals
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and research markets for effective recruitment, prescreen appropriate candidates and schedule interviews
Management of recruitment agency vendors
Requirements:
3
years' progressive recruiting experience, including recruiting senior-level candidates, into corporate setting
High Tech or Software industry experience is preferred
Ability to source talent directly as all levels utilizing creative recruiting strategies is essential
Experience developing comprehensive recruitment strategy
Understanding and experience in the use of online recruitment tools including general and industry specific job boards, networking sites, resume databanks
Expert applicant tracking system user, ability to train others in the usage of ATS
Understanding of HR practices and employment law/regulations

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
