General Intern Qualifications
Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in appropriate field
Within 2 years of graduation by the start of the internship
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
You'll gain business knowledge and leadership skills and also build relationships that you can leverage as you start your career after graduation. Many of our interns go on to become full-time Epsilon employees in the future and are vital to our success as an organization.
