The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Position is in person Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned property Inspect and oversee maintenance work to ensure it meets standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents Find new contractors as necessary who meet with company standards Market and Show vacant units to attract residents Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Oversee properties' maintenance dept.
Accomplish financial goals, including meeting budget and report periodically on financial performance Oversee Capex work Skills Proven work experience as a residential Assistant Property Manager knowledge of all residential Massachusetts property management rules and regulations Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Experience with Yardi is a plus This position is eligible for leasing commissions.
Qualified applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
