Roman Music Therapy Services is currently seeking a person-centered and culture-driven Executive Assistant who is passionate about playing a key role in a small business by providing support to the CEO.
Although we require this position to reside in or near Greater Boston/Merrimack Valley/Southern NH, this position is mostly a remote position.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO's style and organization policy.
Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including:
serving as project manager and assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists and databases; making travel arrangements; and completing expense reports Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications Manage all aspects of travel arrangements from research, booking, confirmations, changes and develop detailed itineraries Maintain and order office supplies Interface with Administrative team as needed to ask for support or offer support Manage vendors such as housekeepers, lawn care, auto and home maintenance vendors, from start to finish including scheduling maintenance or services, finalizing payments and engaging in communications Calendar management for the family including coordination and transportation Occasional transportation of children to/from school, sports or activities Other administrative, operational or household management tasks as needed and assigned Employment Standards, Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required At least three (3) years of experience supporting a CEO or Executive Director type role Spectacular communication and customer service skills Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills, with an ability to become familiar with business-specific programs and software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials Can make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time Dependable, where yes means yes and no means no Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice Support minded personality who truly wants to help others Employment Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
