3K a year American Training, a non-profit Human Services Agency, is seeking an energetic Developmental Specialist that can create WOW! Magic for our Guests with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities.
As an American Training Developmental Specialist, you will positivelyimpact the lives of our Guests in our Day Programs (Andover, Wakefield & Lowell).
Schedule:

What does a Developmental Specialist do? Work cohesively with team members to establish individual goals based off each Guests interest.
Create and facilitate activities which promote the goals, needs, and desires of each Guest.
Maintains a regular caseload ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
At least one year experience working with similar population.
Ability to demonstrate a sense of empathy, patience, and compassion.
Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
Valid State driver's license (required).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
