We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, punctual and professional person willing to work in a fast paced busy dental practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Collect co-pays or payments and send out statements - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of dental/medical information - Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Keep the front desk area clean and organized Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred but willing to train the right person - Knowledge of Eaglesoft Practice Management and HIPAA regulations - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners 4 day work week (occasional Saturday) Medical, matching 401K, dental and vacation accrual Salary depends on experience We would love to help you learn the position for a career you will be proud of.
