We cover major sports and entertainment events, professional athletes and entertainers and other unique assets.
Performance Objectives Within the first 30 days:
You will familiarize yourself with Specialty Group's product offerings, engage with internal teams to understand client needs, and begin assisting in the development of targeted marketing strategies.
Within the first 90 days:
Your responsibilities will include generating captivating and relevant content across various channels, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media updates.
Your contributions will support Specialty Group's marketing efforts and engage the intended audience effectively.
Additionally, you will be establishing a well-structured editorial email marketing calendar, guiding the scheduling of campaigns, content themes, target segments, send dates, and follow-up sequences.
Within the first year:
Your role will evolve to encompass the maintenance of the Specialty Group website's content.
You will ensure that the material presented remains relevant, accurate, and compelling, in alignment with brand messaging and designed to attract the intended audience while supporting SEO efforts.
Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and case studies.
These materials will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities and effectively communicating the value proposition of Specialty Group products.
Travel expectations:
10%.
Your Background A bachelor's degree in business administration, concentration in Marketing preferred.
Critical thinking skills which translate into problem solving skills.
Willing to go the extra mile, and willing to put in the extra time as needed to succeed.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Able to proficiently navigate Microsoft 365.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.
What we can give you Hybrid (4 days in the Wakefield office and 1-day WFH), if desired and flexible daily work schedules available, upon successful completion of training period.
