This position is responsible for providing support to our customers by responding to customer inquiries and providing information on new products and services.
In this position, you will be responsible for following up on inquiries and follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle incoming calls and emails Identify the reason for the inquiry and determine the appropriate action or solution Research, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries Follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding customer experience Build a strong relationship with customers by providing high-quality service and completing a comprehensive case study Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer data in accordance with company policies Identify opportunities to grow sales and increase productivity Required Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) required Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize tasks throughout the day, including calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
