Summary:
The Application Analyst is responsible for researching, maintaining, and supporting new and existing applications for Virtual, Inc. and its clients. The application analyst is also responsible for providing technical support, documentation and technical training for the applications supported. In conjunction with the Solutions Engineer, the Application Analyst will assist in product requirements gathering, create and maintain proof-of-concept environments and analyze the wants and needs of Virtual, Inc. and its clients. Research and document the functionality and features of new and existing applications used by Virtual, Inc. and clients. Provide training to Virtual, Inc. staff and clients on new applications or features of existing applications/systems. Build and maintain pre-production environments for development and support. Create automation using scripts or low-code implementations such as PowerApps. Stay up to date on new technology trends and solutions. Assist Solutions Engineer in coordination, communication and rollout of application updates and new products. Provide tier 2 technical support for client-specific applications. 0-3 years' experience in administration, and configuration of enterprise applications and systems BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience Familiarity with SAML, OAuth and other Identity protocols Basic html/web development Microsoft Office 365/Teams/SharePoint experience Experience creating scripts with Powershell and/or other scripting languages Ability to learn end-user workflows and gather requirements Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills required SalesForce experience a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
